In most households that employ a domestic helper, money moves as cash. You hand over a few hundred dollars, the helper does the shopping, and receipts accumulate in a drawer. At the end of the month nobody can say with confidence how much was spent, on what, or how much cash is left.
That vagueness is uncomfortable for both sides. The employer feels they should be checking but does not want to seem distrustful. The helper has no easy way to prove they accounted for everything.

Your helper sends a message or a receipt photo to a WhatsApp number and the expense is recorded. No app to install, no account for them to manage, nothing new to learn.
Helper salary and loans
Track monthly salary, advances and loans with automatic instalment deductions, so what is owed and what has been paid is never in dispute.
Cash reconciliation

Private by household

Who is this for?

Does my helper need a smartphone app?
No. They can send a WhatsApp message or a photo of a receipt. That is the whole workflow. The web dashboard is for you.
Which currencies are supported?
Currency is set per household. Hong Kong dollars and Indian rupees are both in active use, and other currencies can be configured.
What does it cost?
